SHIPPING POLICY
Deepa Gurnaniorders are shipped within 2-5 business days.Orders placed on Friday after 12 p.m. EST, will be processed on the following Monday. Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification. If the item(s) you ordered happen(s) to be backordered, please allow two to four weeks for your order to ship. Deepa Gurnani will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock, or if we need additional information to complete your order.Delivery time does not include weekends or holidays. If you have an inquiry regarding the status of your order and/or product availability please email customerservice@deepagurnani.com.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
Complimentary shipping is available for international orders $150 USD or more. Free shipping option will appear at checkout once minimum of $150 is reached. Please allow an additional five business days for processing of international orders. For orders using FREE SHIPPING, we use "economy" shipping via USPS, FedEx or UPS.
International customers are responsible for all import duties and customs that will be charged by your country. These rates are calculated by your country, and fees are calculated based on the original retail value of the products as well as the manufacturing and import countries. In the event that you choose to reject the delivery of your order, you will be responsible for the customs fees and shipping charges from your country to Deepa Gurnani. These fees in addition to the cost of two-way international shipping will be deducted from your refund.

ORDERS FROM INDIA
All businesses in India are made against the purchases/services on deepagurnani.com or offline against our Indian registered company name- Feelwell Garments & Accessories Pvt. Ltd.
Our orders from India are shipped from our warehouse located in Mumbai. There are no duties levied on orders shipping to India. However, there is GST which ius charged on checkout while placing the order online.
Exchanges will ONLY be accepted within 7 days of receipt. A credit note will be applied.
To return an item to our warehouse, please do the following within 7 days of receiving your order.
Email customerservice@deepagurnani.com with the order information to exchange or return your piece.
Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Please use a shipping method that includes a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost return packages.
RETURN POLICY
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept your return within 7 days of your order's arrival. Returned merchandise must include vendor packaging and tags, and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandised cannot be returned, unless found to be defective within 7 days of receiving your order.
Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued for the merchandise amount. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post to your account.
